As experienced Fitness trainers, We, Abhimanika & Aamer have laid out an incredible plan that will make you strong, through our fun-filled interactive live sessions.

You don’t need to have any experience to join this program!

All you need is passion and hunger to become the best version of yourself.

We will provide and guide you through modifications depending on your fitness level.

HOW you wonder?

  • A 1 hour LIVE workout SESSION with Abhimanika & Aamer every weekday  at 8:00 AM
  • The workouts will be a Mix of Bodyweight functional movements and strength training isolation movements, Yoga routines etc..
  • Monday to Friday

Do you need Equipment?

You do not need any equipment to join this program. If you already have basic equipment like Dumbbells or Kettlebells & Resistance/Body Bands, please keep them handy, we might throw in a couple of routines to amp up the intensity.

  • 21 Days Workout Program is intended to cater to all your specific needs
  • A mix of freehand, bodyweight functional training and strength training, isolation movements, stretching, mobility, and more!
  • LIVE do-it-along workouts with Abhimanika & Aamer (rep by rep) from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
  • Constant touch via the private Instagram group
  • Get all your questions regarding training and general diet answered by our team.
  • Workout and General diet guidelines & tips will be shared regularly throughout the challenge

Program STARTS – OCTOBER 26TH, 2020

LIVE WORKOUTS on ZOOM ONCE A DAY AT 8:00 AM 5 DAYS EACH Week, Total 21 Sessions.
